The Experience

Bake three Swedish pastries and explore local life in Stockholm during a two hour workshop in my home in Vasastan, central Stockholm.

01 Bake together
Make Swedish classics such as Cinnamon buns with guidance throughout. No previous experience is needed.

02 Stories & challenges
Between the baking, discover more about local life in Stockholm through stories, questions, games and competition.

03 Decorate and Fika
Start with the traditional versions, then add your own touch through flavour, shape or decoration. Enjoy fika together, then take the remaining pastries and recipes home.

Hi, I’m Fredrik. I grew up in Stockholm and I’m the creator behind Fika Studio. I host every session myself and created the experience around the kind of thing I enjoy when travelling: meeting local people, doing something hands on and getting a feel for the place beyond the usual sights.
